The messages of support videos on this website were collected form participants at Western Sydney University during studies conducted by Rose Peak under the supervision of Professor Craig McGarty. The first was undertaken during 2018-2019 and involved 131 participants. The second study was conducted during 2020 with 159 participants (20 doing the study face to face and 139 by Zoom video conferencing).

The third study was conducted during 2021, with 82 participants who took part by Zoom.
